The house is located in the traditional settlement of Agia Paraskevi, just 2 minutes walk from the square of the settlement with the characteristic huge plane tree of the 13th centuries.
Just the goddess of this sycamore trunk is enough to leave you in awe. What does nature do and not be tamed? Entering the house you will find the living room where there is a corner sofa bed, suitable for sleeping up to 2 people, the fireplace and the dining room.
In the same space you will also find a classical piano. Next you will come across a room with a single bed which opens at the bottom so it can sleep up to 2 people – for more convenience we would recommend two small children. Continuing, upstairs there are two beautifully decorated rooms, the master bedrooms of the house, quiet, romantically furnished with 1 double bed each. One of the two has a balcony door that leads to its own private balcony with outdoor table and chairs to gaze at the sea, the square with the plane tree, the towering trees, the stone roofs of Pelion…
In the hall there is now a double wardrobe and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The floors are connected via a wooden staircase. One of the nicest rooms in the house is the atrium, a sitting area between the two bedrooms on the upper floor with an unparalleled view of the sea, with glass windows all around. Imagine in the winter enjoying the snowy, rather, mountains in the company of a hot drink, while in the summer the scenery changes and becomes more airy: you hear the birds chirping with joy of freedom and the rustling of the leaves. {Booking now here}
Finally, in the courtyard of the house there is a jacuzzi (2×2.5m.) – there you can enjoy a cool bath under the wonderful sun or the starry sky – if you choose it in the evening. In the rest of the yard there is built in garden furniture for lounging, reading or enjoying a meal of your choice. In all areas of the house we have Wi-Fi so you can surf the internet whenever you need it.
